Re: Minecraft Server - New IP
Is what fixed?
The original world was removed in favor or Tropica being the primary world. The portal to my world was recreated (jump in the lava pit... no really...) Nether and The End work on Tropica now.
If you want the original world back I can likely re-add it.
If you log in and are dropped into the middle of the ocean, just type /SPAWN and it should take you to the spawn point. If it doesn't message me on steam and I'll teleport you there myself.

the spawn point was moved quite significantly from the old world to the new one and for some reason, even though I nuked the player directory, it still wants to spawn people in the ocean for some reason.

Re: Minecraft Server - New IP
I just "accidentally" Died. and was spawned in the ocean.
The actual world spawn point seems to have been defaulted to the middle of the ocean(the seeds default Spawn point).
"/spawn" will take you back to town.
NBTexplorer shuld be able to be used to move the world spawn properly.
NBTExplorer - NBT Editor for Windows and Mac - Minecraft Tools - Mapping and Modding - Minecraft Forum - Minecraft Forum
use the program to navigate to the level.dat
and make sure things are set as below:
SpawnX:-759
SpawnY:64
S[awnZ:1779
