I think I know the part that you are talking about.

The part that got me to stop playing doom 3 for a while was when you were going through one of those curved side access areas to get to the next room and a dude drops/hangs from the ceiling cause his feet are stuck and screeches "Help Me".

I looked, but cant find a video clip of it quickly.

Man, it's so refreshing to play a story-lite Action FPS that controls and functions so smoothly. Ultra-Violence is certainly the difficulty the game was balanced around, so getting your ass handed to you because you didn't check for a Hell Knight before you backpedaled doesn't feel so punishing. Even when the fights get really heated I know that through careful health and ammo management I can come out bruised instead of dead.

You have like 6 hours in the game... How did you unlock ultra violence already?

Ultra-Nightmare is the one you have to unlock. Ultra-Violence is the hardest difficulty before Nightmare, which is permadeath per level (Death means restarting the level).

Well jesus... looks like the replay value just went up. People need to play this damn game. It's epic!

It's also hard as balls even without the starting over. I started a playthrough on nightmare and it's freaking insane. Got hit with 1 fireball and insta-died
