Ouch good thing you weren't pretty to begin with but I feel ya slightly back in March I plowed into the back of a f-150 @ 80mph air bag did not go off slammed my face into the steering wheel fractured cheek bone my teeth jaw whatever is off a couple cm to the side now 6 months later I still feel it on my face took probably 3 months for my nerves to start working again

shit man sorry this happened to you, i don't know if it would help at all but i had a motorcycle accident when i was 16 and shattered the nerves on my left leg... for ever i couldn't feel anything so my grandma said that since i cant feel then i wouldn't mind getting "bee therapy" in other words the poison from the bees make your nerves recover? if you are allergic to bees sorry for your double bad luck
anyway it works! i got my feeling back and then some, if i get kicked on the shin i would probably pass out

I wrecked a four wheeler when I was ~14 or so and had a spot on my hip/back that was completely numb for years. Despite what doctors say, nerves do regenerate on their own. It took quite some time but I did get feeling back in that spot.

I'm there.
