    From the way they planned it, it'll be a set "MEDIC" from your character himself when he's down... when you see one of those big guys, whoever sees him first will yell it out, when they're reloading... out of ammo... etc.
    I kind of like the idea, it's not better than Voip, but I won't mind having it.
    I doubt they will take out voip, after all, it's a source game.
