Here is a program I have used in the past and am using now. What is allows you to do is to see who is speaking on TS while you are in game. Here is the download followed by the set-up.

    http://www.teamspeakoverlay.com/ Use #61 download

Here is what the program look like when you start it.

Then you need to do your first time set up.

Your name has to be just like you have it on TS. Notice the font size I am using. Set it to your own preference.

I have mine set up for bottom left. This is where the name appears when someone is talking on TS. Check to show name only when talking.

Check the compatibility box to "Use Alternative DirectX Method

The only bug I have found, and I am running Vista, is that IE will not run while you are running TS.

Here is how you get it going. Get the program up before you enter TS and click on the "enable" button. Then I choose the hide option. That is it.

    Enjoy.

Thumbs down Employers failed to add new jobs in August

The nation’s employers failed to add new jobs in August, a strong signal that the economy has stalled and that policymakers can no longer afford inaction.

The unemployment rate for August did not budge, remaining at 9.1 percent.
