Thread: Ghost Recon, the origional version.

Any one here ever play this in the past?

I was an avid Ghost Recon player, by RED Storm Entertainment, back in the days. I believe it was one of the best tactical shooters, for it's time, and it supported a large mod based community, until UBI came out with GRAW and GRAW2 and ruined it.

There is still nothing that had all this had to this day, COD4 or any of the new stuff.

Well, there is a new game company working on giving this old game community back what they expected to see in a true to the game GR new release.

If you loved this game , like I did, then go over there and give them support, gives hope to the old school GR fans.

There add says loads about who they care about.

I prefer the R6 series to Ghost Recon. However, I have both (well, multiple R6 games as well as the original Ghost Recon from a special pack). Seeing something done with any of the series would be nice.

If you ever want to play any of the above, let me know. I'm game.

That post was made almost a year ago. I think your hopes are up to high.

And when I refer to something happening with the series, I mean no changes or the like to the gameplay. Just like it was in the old ones, just with updated graphics. That would be fine.

Assuming there's no interest in playing any of the old ones.
