Thread: Suspension!

FINALLY earned myself a suspension from WoW for yelling at non-teamplaying assfucks. This isn't even half of what a said, and it's the most kosher of what I did say - I'm much meaner to the random children in WoW than I am to the people that play on our servers, though it's not nearly as much fun yelling at them with text than with my mic.

All in all, I'm proud of myself. I got suspended by trying to enforce teamplay in a teamplay-oriented battleground

With the exception of listening to him and sjt yell at each other in squad chat, bigdog was actually pretty nice in my experience :P

But yeah, WoW's full of antisocial, attention-deprived children, so they report people for anything and everything to make themselves feel better about their depressing, pointless lives. But I've got a great group of friends to play with, so that's why I still play. Unfortunately, I've gotta force myself to keep my normal overnight hours even on my days off so I don't fuck up my sleep schedule, and there ain't many people playing at 5 AM.

3 hours, how lame.

Get yourself Warhammer, it seems to actually cater to TTP's brand of gamers.

3 hours for that? Damn the WoW community has really gone down hill more than I thought.

Back when I use to play (and this is Pre-BC mind you), I have said much, much worse to people and I've seen much worse by others and nothing was said or done except people actually fucking listened when you yelled at them and we got shit done as a result.

Sad to see a game I use to be able to enjoy on a number of levels be turned into this...a 3 hour suspension for trying to get your group to work together...how sad indeed...

Glad I left though as I would not want to be a part of any community that bans for saying something as little as what you said even if it is for only 3 hours.
