Ok I read the new GI issue, and you play as the first big daddy ever. And the girl from the trailer, I'm almost certain she's the big sister.

ya now she seems like the main baddy

I'm pretty sure she is, in the trailer take note of the woman's head twitching. And then the sand mounds come up soon after. Telekinetic abilities due to adam? Maybe.....
