It shows that as a group, software developers are mirroring the ups and downs of the overall economy but are performing on average 1% worse. And this software group includes the big powerhouses of the software industry, not just game deveopers. It has been a shitty year for Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, AutoDesk, and Oracle.
