Thread: Best MLB game

so finally decided i need to get a new baseball game but need a suggestion

I plan to play on PS2, so it won't be the same as next gen, but if you own the next gen versions it will still help.

Bascially should i get MLB 09 or MLB 2k9? I hear 09 is better but still not super convinced yet, and i've heard MLB 2k9 is good though reviews say its shitty

so i'll answer my own question. I went ahead and got MLB 09 after i saw few complaints of issues with the game in their forums compared to 2k sports.

I will say MLB 09 is wicked fun, i played it from 7pm to almost 8am, and that was just RTTS mode. Had to recreate though as being a relief pitcher SUCKED. Right now got a 1b/RF i'm working on, trying to make him into a power hitter
