Thank you so much for posting this, a updated space simulator is EPIC. I have like all those old school space sims. X-Wing, TIE Fighter, X-Wing vs TIE Fighter, X-Wing Alliance. The system was easy to use and you could do the mission differently everytime. Loved loading up a B-Wing with Heavy Torpedos(the yellow ones) and spamming an Interdictor right off the bat. Think I may need to try...it...out.....RIGHT NAOW!

Just managed to get it to work on my 64 bit system. Had to make a new CD because all the installers are 16 bit on the CD. Some guy made patches so they are .msi installers. Flew my first round as a Interceptor and blew a few Headhunters out of space

I remember these games. Hopefully they'll be updated properly without too much mucking around with the original formula... too many "updates" of old games end up screwing shit up (hi, Bionic Commando.)

Yea it wouldn't surprise me if they turn it into a generic arcade flight combat game targeted towards console kiddies. Hopefully the remake does justice to the original.

LOL those damn z-95's were Junk!

Man, I miss playing with my shields, getting just the right mixture for speed and power... Throttle control... man, I think I might have to go dig for the CD's!!!!

I still have my CD's but they won't install. I wonder if Windows 7 would fix this 16 bit problem..

Instructions are a little iffy here and there, but it works so I guess I did it right. I just followed them exactly to make it easy. Looks like he also made updates for TIE Fighter and X-Wing
