Membership in the "ECA" normally costs $20/year. Right now you can sign up for free but will be billed if you don't cancel after the first year. You can get 10% off of any games you buy on Amazon as a benefit. About to pre-order a few PS3 games which are already 5% off since it's a pre-order, and some of them have $5 or $10 Amazon credit back for future game purchases. So all in all I'll be getting a couple games for $45 instead of $60, on my doorstep when they release this fall.
