IW confirms TTP will not host MW2

Id be shocked if they did considering the extraordinarily plain bugs that plagued cod4 and cod5.

Considering the game releases in 30 days, I highly doubt that they even could make the change if they wanted too. 30 days out means the game is change locked and has already passed PS3 and Xbox360 and GFW certifications. That means that there can be no major changes to the code of the kind that enabling dedicated servers would entail.

oh ya its not budging, id wager they already have printed n burned the game in mass quantities and are preparing for shipping the dung out.

signed petition. Doubt IW will listen. Only patch we had for COD4 was 2 new maps. LOLOLOL why should they fix bugs? Even EA is beating them patchwise. For shame.

I think he means he wouldn't mind playing the SP, but without the MP part, he is not going to waste his money hence why he said he has no intention of giving IW any money for their POS hardware.

I saw this coming a mile away. game makers are not the people the used to be. they are now like record labels, they could careless what they sell or to who only that its makes money.

the console market is the best way to money. PC's are a headache they have being loathing for years now.

this is the spear head of what will be IMHO a HUGE shift in game platform focus.

but don't fear, we been thou this cycle before, they will be back to PC when all the nice tech is only on PC's and the programmers get bored with boxed code.
