It's like changing classes, each one does something different for me. Which is why I'm collecting them and keeping the particularly good ones.

I gave Allane one Wave Blaster (Eridien) It shoots this little ball that flys in a wave, does Static damage.

Jesus Christ. It goes for about 20 yeards, then blows up in midair and rains down rockets. Jesus. Christ.

If you right click on your items while in your backpack, a little sub-menu will come up with a line "Save Screenshot". Choose that option, then look in My Documents -> My Games -> Borderlands -> WillowGame -> Screenshots

It should look something like this:
(Do take note that I have maxed Rocket Launcher Proficiency. This is a level 61 weapon.)
Of course, your weapon may or may not be Pearlescent, this was just the first weapon in my equipped list.
