turns out this wasn't a game specific bug but an engine specific (UT3) as a couple other games had this happen.

Uh, everything running under the UT3 engine? :P

Anyway, I did notice that some of my tweaks and keybindings were changed today, but I figured there'd been a patch or something. Not a huge deal, took all of 3 minutes to fix, but I agree, it is a little odd. Why would the date/time even affect config files? Just seems weird.

Maybe it was a Halloween prank?
