I think Yahtzee did pretty well with his description of it. After about an hour or so of the single player I was really just playing because I wanted to continue the story, more than do puzzles. Especially the in-between sections, it felt like the game was just a vehicle for the story. It was definitely worth it in the end, giving new meaning to the term "shoot for the Moon", but I think Yahtzee's right when he said it just wasn't as good as the first game. I loved the old-school Aperture areas, though.

Really, though... I'd pay $50 for the co-op alone, all five hours of it. The single player is just a nice pack-in bonus.

5 out of 5. Stellar game.... now all we need is Half Life 3
