Anyone tried Fear 3 yet?

Was thinking of buying it was just curious if anyone else here has it and whats your thoughts on the game.

ha! i didnt even know this game was out yet.

for games like these (storys that you can plow through in 3 hours) i just rent.

but im working in ac: brotherhood atm, ill add it to my queue and probably get it in like a year or so. ill let you know then

Yea reminds me of l4d2 in a way but the story line is cool .Sadly not sure about the MP traffic

MP is gunna suck for it. Fear games are usually a decent SP game. This one I'll end up skipping, I wasn't pleased with Fear2.

The L4D-wannabe multiplayer looked kinda nifty, but not interesting enough to convince me to buy.

I actually liked FEAR 2 more than FEAR 1, but neither game is really groundbreaking, and both games get mind-numbingly repetitive after about 30 minutes (pop around corner, bullet time, shoot dudes, duck behind corner, wait for bullet time to recharge, repeat.)

Neither game was scary at all, and I don't even want to try dissecting the plot. The plot in the FEAR games makes the plot in the Resident Evil games seem almost coherent.
