Where to get windows 7 for cheap?

Depending on the College or University..... Many have partnerships with Microsoft and in exchange Microsoft offer's their products to the students at a discounted rate.

I think I saw Photoshop max or whatever the top photoshop name listed in the library at my university for less than $200.00

Go look around your campus' technology department or go ask in the school book store about discounted Windows 7. Check with the Technology department first, because I got my Windows 7 Pro for $30 just like Hub did through school, but the only way to do it was to have a teacher tell you or go to the tech department office and ask, it wasn't available at the student store.
