Thread: Skyrim: Character aid

Speaking of Sneaky, if you are crouching and people are just standing around you, does your skill go up even if you do nothing? I thought in Oblivion you had to actually be walking around to gain skill. I don't have a history of playing sneaky types so I never really noticed how it counted stuff.

I'm pretty sure you need to be moving but not 100%
