Nothing is perfect..I just want competent customer support. I don't think that's asking for too much. The first order was messed up...that's fine...but, three times?....and they're still trying to jack me around on the price.

This game is FAR from perfect, hell it is far from where I want it to be.

I STILL already got my $50 worth of entertainment out of it, and I am SURE I will get $15 worth of entertainment out of B2k as long as TPG hosts it

as for the topic, load of crap. Does not matter if their TOS say what ever the fuck they say. Its a product, not a service. They might be able to get away with legally calling multiplayer a service, but they cannot take that product (singleplayer) away for a breach of service.

Sigh... again, yet another POS company that needs someone with deep pockets to sue and set straight on their bullshit.
depends. A lot of software nowadays are considered services. If the game requires an active connection to EA's servers via Orgin to play, they may have legit cause to call the game content part of the origin service platform.

That's just doubletalk on EA's part. They really need to look at how Valve handles Steam. A forum ban, on the Steam forums has zero affect on Steam game account....and rightly so.

In somewhat related news, I just received my copy of BF3 in the mail, but I'm not opening the game until I have this refund issue sorted out.
