Mario and Wolfenstein were mine too.

I remember they were cutting edge technologies. Nintendoâ??s were several hundred dollars back then, but now, you cant even pawn one with ten games for 5 bucks.

Wolfenstein 3D was my first PC game, and it thoroughly hooked me. Next was Doom, and then Doom II and the gaming experience never really ended. I still play the Doom series, only now itâ??s Doom 3.

All the games mentioned seem so new to me, exceptions=Pong.

My first game was either that snake game now featured on cell phones, or a game involving two gorillas throwing bananas over a city at each other, on some old computer. After those, it was either Sonic 2 on the Sega Genesis, Oregon Trail Deluxe, or Grag and Thog:Bonkheads, on the Mac OS.

The first game I ever played, going way back, would be an educational program on the BBC Micro where you had to get an elephant into the back of a truck by spelling words correctly and answering maths questions correctly. I was four, three, something like that.
