holy shit balls.

~70 down to sub 20ms. Simple program that starts up with windows (or whenever you want it to). Runs some sort of diagnostic and optimizer, takes about 10-20 seconds to initialize.....then that's it. Game on, at 20ms.

a 50ms reduction......is worth $20 a month. Maybe more.
