THEN, when you come to sites that have ads, the adware ON YOUR COMPUTER lauches popups and applets and scripts and ......

Again....I have yet to see a single popup, ever, anywhere on TTP. I don't use firefox. I don't have any spybot destroyer or ad removal/blocker software running....hell....I barely even run regular scans for viruses on my box. I bet....9/10 people with popup problems are "sloppy users" who got themselves into some downloads they should have checked the fine print on (if it was there at all), and are now a victim of their own internet browsing irresponsibility.

    No offense....but it's the truth.

Also, I specifically quoted the reporting system on how to get popups out of the system, Ag. Next time you see one, PLEASE stop what you are doing, go to the first post of this thread (in a new window) and do what it says about reporting popups. Without the information they require.....showing a screenshot doesn't help.

I can't even read the text in this shot anyway. Please....if you want to help.....do it so that it counts.
    in case you missed it....

Right Media does not control or condone the creation or supply of these ads on your computer.

Occasionally a website or software publisher will bundle our ads with spyware or adware without Right Media's knowledge or consent.

In these cases we're doing everything we can to track down who's doing it and put an end to it.

Pop-up ads originate from two sources: websites that show pop-up ads to generate advertising revenue; or programs installed on your computer can show pop-up ads. Such ad-enabled programs are very often bundled with freeware/shareware and peer-to-peer sharing programs that you may have downloaded.

If you would like help in removing the adware or spyware please see the instructions below or contact us using the Contact Form below, e-mail or phone.

Also, in order to prevent this from happening again to you or others, we also request that you send us the click-through URL so that we may find the party responsible for this problem (instructions on finding click-through URL are below).

If the links above do not help you, you can try removing the program yourself, by using the following steps:

Select the 'Start' button at the bottom left corner of your screen.
Select 'Control Panel'. This will open a new window.
In the Control Panel window, double-click on the 'Add or Remove Programs' icon.
This will show you a list of programs. Look for a program that you are not familiar with and remove it.

If this does not work or you would like additional help, you can call or e-mail us for additional help.

    Click-Through URL Recovery
In order to help us find the responsible party for this problem, we would also like to ask you to e-mail us, or fill out in the form above, the click-through URL. To obtain this click-through URL:

Select the 'Start' button at the bottom left corner of your screen.
Right-click anywhere on the ad. A menu should appear.

I can assure you these aren’t coming from us. 99.9% of the time complaints of the nature you describe from your users are because they have spyware or malware on their system, not from the ad networks.
CPX says..... (and CPX ads ONLY run in the top, left, and right side banners. Not in the bottom blocks)
it looks like all of the ActiveX creatives are banned. i went in and banned all zango as well.
Please understand that this is not a typical situation and we are trying to find the ads that are giving you these malicious attack notices from your antivirus. I have your site open and will be refreshing it throughout the day to hopefully get this same message. If you come across it yourself, please send me a screen shot of the ad.
I have forwarded him the links to the popups you guys have ss'd.
