Reservist Question

I found it mentioned in several of the requests but not in the sticky, is it true to become a reservist you have to pay for a minimum of 3 months (15 bucks), I was thinking of getting a slot on the 2142 servers but I dont think I could possibly take advantage of 3 months, let alone one. Can't I just pay for 1 month, and at the end if its worth the cost just renew it again?

If you want to get a special one month deal, pm sjt and explain to him why you can't do a 3 month subscription.

it's $5 a month, for 3 months.....so if you don't want to keep it after the first month, I supposed you could cancel it. That's your perogative. you get 1 month of res status, we get $5 for the slot....everyone's happy, right?

but....you'd have to lie to us, and say you were signing up for a 3 month slot, right?

Well, I have a lot of respect for this community and everyone in it, and as simple and easy as it could be for me I dont think it will help your trust in me if I were to just cancel after the first month. Ill PM sjt as you suggested, seeing with all debts and money needed aside I only have enough money for 2 months (yes I only have 10 bucks of extra cash)

Even though you sign up for 3 months you do not have to pay all $15 now. You can pay $5 each month for 3 months. Do not know if this helps in your situation, but just wanted to let you know.

Nevermind, Iv gone over my finances and found out I can actually pay for a lot more, Ill just go with the 3 month minimum for now... thanks for the help guys
