TF2 voting - accidental votes because of number key binding

Awesome how we now have voting in Lonestar - but I have a usability suggestion.

The vote screen pops up without any warning and uses keys 1-4 to vote. Although some players use mousewheel or mouse buttons for weapons switches, there are some of us that use number keys for weapon switches.

I'd say about half the times a map vote comes up, I "vote" without even noticing because I was in the middle of a battle and pushing the buttons to change weapons.

Any chance we could have a command to revote? (or is it there and I dont know of it?)

Or maybe have a message before voting that pops up and says something like "Voting coming in 10 seconds"

Revote is there. Just type revote in chat, and select the option you actually wanted.

No worries. With it being new there has been some confusion. Also note that if you type menu in chat you can bring up a voting menu to nominate maps, rtv, and other voting options.

The player menu is also an easier way to nominate a map because it lets you select a map from a list, rather than needing to remember it's exact name.

    Brilliant!

I have a suggestion, how about typing "nominate" brings up a list of the nominative maps. It'd be a simpler process than clicking through a GUI.

    One simple command, bla-dow!

revote... hmm now isn't that clever. Good to know, votes always happen in the middle of a battle.
