ok for some reason my pc will not do a tracert

this is what it shows when i type it in as everyone else:

    Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]
    (C) Copyright 1985-2001 Microsoft Corp.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Allen>tracert 70.84.14.138

    C:\Documents and Settings\Allen>

Something was going on last night though on DoD. We had pings in the 600's and people started dropping off until the server was completely dead. This was between 9:00-10:00 CST.

    tracert issues

Checking into this with our host right now.

It's tough to call this a server issue as it only effected a portion of those connected - like perhaps timewarner in Tenesee was down - etc...and SBC was fine - usually thats the case - as if it was OUR BOX the ENTIRE server would have a matching trace.

    I'll post up their response.

looks like all those 12.x ips belong to at&t, and that last 12.x one appears a wee bit tempermental. blame it on at&t :P

and thats partly why net neutrality should be an issue to keep an eye on
