Move Northern Strike maps for 2142 to vote only and off the rotation

I have NS, not installed...but I have it. I love all those maps.

Personally, I dont think any maps in any games are bad. I guess I'm just about the only one....ever.

Part of the problem - how many others are there out there who have it and it isn't installed or isn't installed correctly? I've done "the dance" several times now across several computers and never had any issues. With two different versions of the game, the deluxe and stand-alone with Dl'd NS.
