25% headshots?

I just read in somebody's banned post about how they are now banning on the ttp server for a 25% headshot or above count?

Why?

I dont play CSS anymore because I was constantly getting called a hacker and kicked from servers.

I HATE watching people play games, but one of my friends I will actually drive over to a lan center 20 minutes away just to watch him play. I KNOW with absolute certainty he is not hacking, but he gets a headshot well over 25% of the time. I also used to get it quite a lot.

Why ban for over a 25% headshot count?

Because that is waaaaaay higher than the global headshot percentage rates with weapons.

I've always been ranked top10 on this server and 99% of the time i'm ranked one.
I walk over people with 25% hs stats. Point is, if you are hitting 25% hs stats, then more than likely you are cheating in some sort of way.

Currently i'm not in top10 because i only have 3 hours of play into the reset on ingame stats since 2 weeks ago...

Weapons like a pistol usually have over 25% and when you aim and don't spray your hit to head per shot fired is greater... It's a matter of how long you spend aiming at your target rather than spraying and hoping for that lucky headshot... either way none of my primary weapons have over 21% headshots... so I'm not that good yet.

My friend (the one I mentioned) is the sort that doesnt fire unless hes aimed at the head. You can be spraying away, and he will wait and fire just once and get you. He rarely fires, but when he does, its a headshot.

Well Lemures, that 25% headshot rule stands with TTP, we aren't going to remove it, unless absolutely necessary.

Lemures, and Oniscout. The Rule is established for a reason. Its Stastically Weeds Out Cheaters. This rule has been updated and voted by High Administrators.

The Rule was updated back less then two months ago on 11.20.06.

I mean are we supposedly to believe out of 25,000 players ranked in the past 2 yrs in our database that Oniscout "you just uber pwn" so much that your guns points to everyones head all the time.

I mean most of your weapons have 20% HS Accy then on top that you have 6 weapons have with over 25% headshot Accuracy.

So maybe your an anamoly, maybe your a cheater/hacker or maybe your just that damn good, but when comes down to it. 99 percent of the time this rule is accurate and for those 1% that fall through the crack they have our dearest apologizes, but evidence is evidence.

Your suspected of walling, your psychostats are off the chain and plus you came into the banned forum with the frequent excuses of most hackers/cheaters; IE: I got a demo to show you that I dont hack or have a buddy come in say we lan party together and I know he doesnt hack.

I mean its like me saying to a Cop I never speed. I know I speed and I got this one time, but of course I am gonna act like I am innocent and say I don't plus have my wife babbling in the passenger side say I wasnt speeding when I damn well know I was.
