missing tank smilie (minor)

I see most of the smiles from the previous forums in Generic Smiles (if you click on Sshow All Smiles), but some are missing.

port over screwed up the tags for a handful of prexisting smiles, giving them commonly occuring sequence of letters like ":#" (# being a number), which occurs on steamid posts. since the old tags (in the posts from the old site) were converted to the new ":#", we cannot convert them back without catching all occurences of ":#". In otherwords, if i re-enabled those smiles, and changed their tags from ":#" to something else, all posts with ":#" in them would change as well (which is BAD).

I suppose we could make duplicate smiles, if they are that desired.... but, they dont match our new kick ass smile sets (which match!).
