Ah yes they are, but it seems you cannot double click them for a quick mark. The UI was not linked in, you can mouse over the non-custom icons and you get the interact cursor. The customs just stay the standard mouse pointer. (Test this with a non-custom forum icon you haven't read and you'll see what I mean)

we already discussed this function being missing. I have contacted the mod developer, and he says it will be included in the next fix(es).

Yeah these new icons look much much cleaner...
