CS server was brought down to replace the eventscripts mod with the most current version.

back up and running.

BF2 server just sort of crashed. It booted everyone off the server after what I thought was the first round of Zatar, and then it loaded Dalian plant, but the ingame info said it was still on Zatar. Also, when it loaded, it "reoptimized shaders" and instead of loading on low settings, everything looked like it was on High settings with a bunch of lag. That second part could have been my BF2 screwing up, though.

What Caused it: No idea, but I know it wasn't just me.

it happens. Though we havne't had a BF2 crash in a long long while....it happens.

if it becomes an hourly, or even a daily thing....we'll take a more serious look at it. But...given what BF2 was just a mere 6-9 months ago......crashes in BF2 are essentially non-existent.

A few minutes ago around 1am, the server just crashed or locked up. We had just finished Port Bavaria when it happened.

At first I thought it was just me because I got a notice saying 2142cc had been disconnected, I was really mad too because we were like 1 ticket away from winning and that was my last win I needed to be eligible for the Cold Front Unit Service Ribbon. I looked though and it did count the win and Sidi had already been loaded and was empty.

Yeah, I've had 2142 do that about every other day to me. It will be close to the end of the game, and it will say "There is a Problem with your Connection", disconnect me, and be back at blasted Minsk.

As far as I have noted the crash rate between the NS maps and the Normal maps is about 10 to 1. For a while it seemed like Leipzig crashed the server every night.

What Caused it: Not sure.

It was lagging unusually bad on the titans even without them moving. I was assualting the Titan looking into an issue my squadmate notified me of. Before I could see if there was a problem the game server crashed and reset to Minsk. Also note, right after the crash, my mic did not work and I got kicked after 5 mins for PB error crap. Tried to rejoin and was kicked seconds after I joined.

Could the server crashing and PB errors have some sort of relation?
