There may be a css class we can bind to a max width, but i believe the one i am thinking of, is also used as a major content container and binding it so would fuck a lot of pages without the sidebar (for example, private messages)

It will always load at the position of the Anchor for me, then goes back to the Anchor when it is done loading, it never loads the page THEN goes to the anchor.
