CS:S Reserved Slot Not Working/Active

I completed the process for my reserved slot earlier today and it seemed as if it was working after the payment was processed. Now, it shows that I have no active subscriptions and no reserved slot for the CS:S servers. Just curious if there was a hiccup in the process of some sort since I have double checked that the PayPal transaction did process properly and there is an 'Active' subscription as well.

I don't have access to that forum. Which would explain why it didn't show up on my list of options to post my issue! I'm trying to put it in the correct place, lol!
