When I was browsing the TPG BF3 forum I clicked the banner ad above the main posts by mistake.. my A/V immediately popped up:

Object: Google....
Threat: JS/Kryptik.EF trojan

I know you don't control your banners content but you might want to check with your provider if they vet these ads and associated links before they relay them your way.
