Pshhhh assassin are the fail in anything BUT 1v1 in my experiance. Just watch them in any large battles they overkill one guy and run off like fags.

Anyway more to the point...I used to play guild wars allot and have all the expansions, except for that new one..um eye of the north i think it's called.. I pretty much only played my dervish when I was into this game...but I might go check it out again.

they can shut down monks like no other...

Unless I'm there. I just use that ummmm whutsemacallit ability that gives me more armor and lets me run faster so i can chase them down.

Assassins are spikers. They can do pressure alright, but basically they pop in, cripple you, and then take your health to 0 in the space of about 10 seconds. They're really good at it, and it's a good job, but they've not got versatility.

Well every class has its uses... also is anyone planning on getting guild wars 2 when it comes out? Sounds like a very good game.

EDIT: Whoops didn't know there was a thread for GW2 my bad.
