They will probably handle it like CoX does. It gets reported, you get generic'd. You could probably use the flash costume, so long as everything else was different. No copying the name, bio, etc.

'Deadpool' could just as easily be a character with similar (or completely different) powers. Just don't go running around calling him 'pool of death' or something and you'll be golden.

His names red steel actually, and funny story I ran into a guy who looks almost like me, but he called himself blue steel lol! I don't think they can touch me with my dead pool inspired char he's red and wears full mask, could be a ninja for anyone who didn't know better
