Thread: PSO2 - Phantasy Star Online 2

Did Blue Burst actually release in the US? I remember doing a beta for it or some F2P type of thing, but it was a crappy version of the DC version from what I remember without much (if any) changes. And what was PSOvs3? The C.A.R.D. crap? I know I haven't played them all but I definitely remember the original and getting PSO 1 & 2 for GC when it came out and I loved all of them. I was super excited for PSU because I thought it'd be the same on the MP part but I was really disappointed in the way it turned out.

Hopefully though it'll be as bad ass as the original game was. That'd be pretty fucking sweet.

Phantasy Star Universe left a bad taste in my mouth... I'd be hard press to get to excited about this.

i loved PSO 1 & 2 on the gamecube... god i miss that game. I absolutely hated Universe. If they do this one like the first then i would play it.

I think a lot of people hated PSU and that might be why they are trying to go back to PSO more so with PSO2.

I'm hoping that is the case at least and look forward to seeing what it brings.

PSU had that single player component which seemed to detract from the MP and just didn't seem like it played as good overall to me.
