During downtime this Monday, December 20,we will be performing a deployment of server hotfix. Downtime, therefore, will be extended by 30 minutes to 12:00 UTC, starting at 11:00 UTC as usual.

The EVE Online Store is running a holiday sale until December 20, 2010. The coupons from Twitter and Facebook will expire on December 19, 2010 so get your orders in soon! Just remember the two coupons cannot be combined or use for EON related products.

The EVE Online Store will close 14:30 UTC December 20th, 2010. All orders placed after 14:30 UTC December 20 will not be processed until January 3, 2011 and will ship between January 3 and January 5, 2011.

We’re running a test on boss fighting on the Singularity test server today, December 17 at 18:00 UTC and it is expected to last for approximately one hour. Please note that this was previously announced to start at 15:00 UTC. We would like to see 100 or more pilots participate in this test to get the best results possible. By testing this out you will learn how to complete one of the hardest encounters in the entire Incursion system.

A database issue has been discovered that requires taking down Tranquility for a short period while the repairs are made, and we expect Tranquility's return to service at 02:30 UTC. The API and EVE Gate have also been shutdown at this time and will return to service with Tranquility.

Update: Tranquility has been returned to service. Fly Safe!

On Thursday January 6 at 20:00 UTC we will be doing some more mass testing. This mass test we will be looking at testing more features for Incursion as well as improving server performance. We would like to see 400+ pilots for this test and participants will be getting 2 million skill points on Singularity.

Today's mass test has been canceled. It has been rescheduled to next week.

On Thursday January 6 at 20:00 UTC we will be doing some more mass testing. This mass test we will be looking at testing more features for Incursion as well as improving server performance. We would like to see 400+ pilots for this test and participants will be getting 2 million skill points on Singularity.
