Yes you can, but the deadline for sending in applications for closed beta was February 15th. They already sent out keys for applications and will be putting out closed beta within a few weeks (or so I am told).

I just got invited to the first wave of closed beta. Installing/download the game through their installer now.

Still going to be a while. From what I've noticed, there are several bugs and several things that they said they would implement that they have not. They will still need to test all of these out before the game can be close to release.
