From the E3 videos it looks like surface installations will be more or less scripted (the "Skyfire" sub-orbital cannon vaporizes a Moros at the end). The "phase-synced railgun" in the video looks like a form of arty. The "future vision" video shows the ability to call for orbital strikes from the
2142 TitanMCC. But I don't think this tight coupling will happen in the first dust514 release, since CCP will actually want to give the ability for T2/Planetside/2142-like play to everyone without having to sit in a queue until the flyboys manage to secure the planet from random dreads (since in Eve there currently is no way to destroy other players' colonies).
I wish the gameplay showed more environmental destruction (my absolute most favorite part of BC2) but if the rumor is that the game engine is unreal-based, then probably fat chance of that :|Last edited by [CoFR]SirMoo; 06-18-11 at 05:55 PM.

It really is a pity this isn't on PC...with that command structure, it sounds like this is going to be what we all hoped BF3 would be.
