Too many people are excited about T3 battlecruisers and are using wrong terminology...its tier 3, not tech 3 battlecruisers that are coming out.

So no Tengu for the Battlecruisers...just another drake level ship (well technically 1 level up but same tier..ie requires BC 3 not just BC 2)

Yeah there are a lot of people making that mistake. But they will be cool/useful either way. POS shooting in wormholes just got a lot more interesting. Anti capital fleets just got a lot cheaper. Good things.

Yah fleet action will be less about cap/supercap blobs and more about a proper naval fleet battle. Leave the caps to defend the POSes in WH space. That's what they are supposed to do, not solo hotdrop into random systems to obliterate everyone else in it.

Agreed - it'll be nice knowing that the supercap hotdrop instapwn will be less likely now.
