the gameinformer/ign/etc. keys are for the next and final test, probably occuring Nov 25-28th. Also anyone who actually signed up to beta SWTOR any time before Nov. 11 (and anyone who tested the Nov 11 weekend) will also get access to this final one. After that, it'll just be a 18-20 day wait until launch (not every preorder gets early access on the 15th it's fcfs).

I preordered the very first day it was available to preorder so I had better get access on the 15th lol It's my wife's bday that day anyways so I'm ok with the 16th. I must get all of my Christmas shopping done before then!!
