Why you say that she would have been arrested in Seattle? Last time I checked Washington State is stand your ground State. I agree that she did what any mother would have done, protect the baby. I think she was in her rights and glad the other guy turned himself in. Sad, to see a life taken. However, it lets the other criminals know that you never know what the person is capable of when you try to peruse criminal activity. Also, its interesting that she got shotgun then the pistol. Medium range defense then short range defense. She had some knowledge. Hell, if you weren't going to go down by the shotgun you would deferentially should stop from the pistol. Just say!!! My 2 cents for all its worth...

And in other, somewhat related, news. Texas Teen Shot in School by Police Had a Pellet Gun | Fox News Latino

While sad that he was shot and killed I feel the cops were justified in shooting him. Yes, I know some of you will argue the cops should have known it was only a pellet gun, but I challenge you to make that distinction when staring down the barrel.

Sure, its a picture of a picture, but that's the pellet gun the kid had. Unfortunate, yes. Justified? Absolutely.

Agreed. If I saw that pointed at me I'd sure as hell would think it was pistol, and not pellet gun. As for the mother one less scum bag to prosecute, and waste tax payers money. I have no compassion for people like that the world is better place without him. I have no doubt he was their to rape, and probably steal from her.

Oh, they hit the ground and army crawled for 200 yards to the next property. They haven't come back either. Also during this time, we also have had people actually coming up to the house and throwing everything off the porch - stainless steel bbq pit, my fishing gear, patio furniture, etc..

They dented and fucked up the bbq pit good. Ever since the fiancee shot at those people - that has yet to happen too... Everything has stayed on the porch. I'm sure those retards are still cleaning their underwear.

Haha he's going to be a prodigy.. she said he won't be able to play violent video games till he's 16.. I laughed.

He will start at about 10 (css). But definitely start much younger at other games.

Staring down the barrel is the perfect perspective to tell if its a pellet gun. I wasnt there so i dont know all the circumstances at hand however a pellet gun has a much smaller bore.
