Re: Sorry but she should be gone.
This was what I was getting at in my point. As far as the deportation is concerned, it shouldn't matter one bit that her parents just died in a car wreck. Or what happened to them. Its not her fault that she is here illegally. She may not even know that she is here illegally. She's been here since she was what, 2 or 3?
You wouldn't charge a 15 year old for drug possession when they're parents are pulled over with drugs in the trunk while he's in the back seat.

So why should we deport someone who came to the U.S. when they were 2 or 3, to begin with? For one, she didn't have a choice to come or not, for two she probably knows very little about Brazil outside of what family has told her about it, and three, do we know if she even has family still in Brazil?

Re: Sorry but she should be gone.
yes shes still inocent even if her parents were the head of some huge cartel SHE is innocent unless shes pushing product or some how directly involved
15 -12 = 3 so between 3 and 15 she shoulda taken a citizen test ? its not HER fault her parents did not do it

But we didnt do anything to her to make it bad. Not to be an ass but if the family had left instead of staying here illegally they might all still be together. Some things should be black and white. Milking our system so you can stay here illegally is one of them. It should be a given im talking about the 12 years prior to this incident but we all know how things work around here.
