And no, she hasn't been in the country illegally for 12 years. They came here legally and overstayed their visa, so some of those years they were here legally. It's just sick to want to punish kids for things their parents did wrong, though. What the fuck is deporting a 15 year old girl, who grew up here and this is all she knows, going to do to solve anything?
