In reference to the Dream act, I wouldn't agree with it being open to those who attend college. I would make it based upon military service. Attending college doesn't contribute to the country in any way, because you can always just take your degree and go somewhere else. Military service at least ensures that they contribute to the nation to gain citizenship.

I do find it shocking how many people took offense to DG's statement that had the family not been here illegally, this wouldn't have happened....it's called logic. Were her family to have gone back to Brazil when their Visa expired, they would not have been driving here in the US and therefor would've found it extremely difficult to be killed in a car crash in the States. That doesn't mean something bad wouldn't have happened to the family in Brazil, but this particular situation would not have happened.

This tragic event has NOTHING to do with illegal immigration. They didn't die because they were illegal immigrants, they died because they were there. If they had done their paperwork and immigrated legally they'd still be dead, if they were citizens they'd STILL be dead. Should the U.S. Citizens who died in the pileup have emigrated to Mexico to escape death? What a bizarre idea.

There is no reason you should have needed to bring this young woman's tragedy into this discussion, there's no logical reason why her family dying provides any evidence to your case. You brought this topic up in what I consider an irresponsible manner. It's disgraceful in my mind to throw an unrelated shock story onto a topic in order to fuel the fire or stir up trouble or prove yourself in some way.

If the entire family is or were illegal immagrants then it most certainly is on point. Read the thread and you'll find i addressed your concerns.

The entire topic was based on her being exempted from the same process every other immagrant must use. You dont like the story or dont like the conversation feel free to not read it. As for my responcibilty your opinion means nothing. Allow me to repeat that for you. You have an opinion and i have an opinion. That does not mean they have to agree in any manner what so ever to include what you THINK my position was on the thread or what the purpose of it was.

If stirring up trouble means using what is current news then your in for some enlightenment in the future. Let me also add that i made my original post and didnt respond for almost 24 hours. If your concern is adding fuel to the fire or stirring up trouble maybe you should have responded to those posts. Seeing as you didnt i see the real issue is you just disagree with me. Guyver i dont even know where to begin with you. Here are the facts that have you so upset. A family aside from 1 died here in an accident. They were illegal immagrants. If the laws we currently have were enforced or followed they would not have died in that crash.

I never said there was a single thing bad about this girl. How could i seeing as i have never met her? The point is she is being excluded from a process that many times have had similar situations and they were deported. Why is there an exception being made on this one case? There is no reason this should be treated any different then every one before it.

As for the insults well you have read the thread. You know what was said. Me not giving a shit about people and not having sympathy for them doesnt give you fuckers free game at insulting me. Why in the hell would any of you think i should sit and read your bs and not say anything back?
