You're right. I believe yours was that vets were deported and if they were so should she. Ignoring that they consciously committed crimes according to other posters, they also weren't minors. You're wanting to send her "home" because the law says so. What I'm saying is what home? What does she have to go "home" to. Will her life be made better or worse by being deported? Also please address my other points before you attempt to sidestep my questions and attempt to just insult the people who are trying to have the discussion with you that you posted this thread to have.

I'm not trying to change your mind, simply trying to get you to properly respond to the points I've made. Again you're avoiding answering my questions. Please don't lecture me on harping on the same point over and over when I have only posted a couple of times in this thread and you've been posting all night and saying the same thing over and over. Tell me why my points about her circumstances aren't valid, add to the discussion

Re: Sorry but she should be gone.
As i said before plenty of minors have been shipped out under similar situations. Whats home? Thats actually a good question. I would think at this point no where is home. So what would be the difference between sending her to her relatives in brazil as the law requires? Of course thats with the thought that she has relatives there. I dont know anymore then anyone here does about that. I believe that answers your previous question as well.
The answer isnt bending the rule. Its fixing it. I think thats the tenth time ive said that.

Re: Sorry but she should be gone.
Your asking why they wouldnt be valid and we dont even know anything about what being here would include. Anyone here know if the family here is legal? If not then the whole group should be gone. I simply do not think it is much to ask for people to fill out the paperwork to be here. Is it her fault? No it isnt but that isnt a get out of jail free card either. As a minor it should have been handled already. Thats precisely what caused the problem. I simply do not feel sorry for people that knowingly did the wrong thing. I would be willing to bet the family she is going to be living with knew they weren't legal either. Theres at least a dozen people that can be blamed and no she isnt one of them but that doesnt change the rules of the game.
