Wait about offering a tax break to voters? That increases to a cap level for each consecutive year they vote but returns to 0 if they miss a year? /crazyidea

I really don't understand why increasing voter turnout is viewed as a good thing. An uninformed voter is harmful. Far too many people vote along party lines or based on a few attack ads they saw on TV. These types of voters are easily manipulated by entities who do not have their best interests at heart. It is very important to make voting *available* to everyone but it is not so important for everyone to vote.
