    Even if every voter gave 110% of their individual vote, that's a big margin.

    Yeah....

    At least we know that our form of democracy isn't the only one that doesn't work the way it's supposed to lol. 113% participation is ridiculous....especially since those extra votes quite possibly changed the likely outcome of the vote according to the article. You'd really think the re-vote would've been automatically implemented instead of being voted on....cause the side that cheated had 3 extra votes to make sure a re-vote didn't happen
