Im actually tossed up on this one. The more i think about it it is school property/government owned property. They have every right to say who can be on it. Of which they do every time they expel someone or give them out of school suspension. At the same time though if the kid has done nothing wrong they why stop it?

And you are right....they have every right to tell him no. They have been put in charge of this wing-ding (as well as the rest of the school related functions), and are responsible for everything that happens.

Just like the kid has every right to tell his school to shove their prom up their collective asses, and throw a bigger better party.

No harm, no foul, either side. Just an interesting story where hopefully everyone has fun in the end......especially our hero.
